Archery was introduced at Bal Bharti School in 2016, and Ganesh was among the first batch of students to train under our program. His talent and dedication led to his selection for the Archery Academy in 2019. We are immensely proud to share that he has now won a Bronze Medal in Archery at the Asian Games.
In the men’s team event, Sahil Jadhav, Kushal Dalal and Thirumuru Ganesh Mani Ratnam clinched the gold with a comeback 238-237 win over China. Ganesh Mani Ratnam Thirumuru was India’s only individual compound medallist at Aichi-Nagoya. Chikitha Taniparthi bowed out in the women’s quarter-finals.
